Payment Information
The private pay cost of a full neuropsychological evaluation is $3500 for a school-age child and $2900 for children under age five (5).
My goal is to provide your child and family with a high quality, comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation. To achieve this goal, I am unable to contract and direct bill to insurance carriers. I am committed to offering top-notch neuropsychological and educational assessments free of managed care and health care restrictions. I recognize this practice shift may be difficult for some families and I am happy to discuss with you the reason for the changes.
For families who are interested in working with me, but would like insurance to reimburse for a portion of the evaluation, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider or plan administration to determine your out of network benefits.

Payment options are personal/bank check or by using the PayPal link below. Please note, if using the PayPal link, a 3.5% service charge will be applied. Please notify Dr. Kiley-Brabeck if using PayPal and an invoice will be provided.
Unless alternate arrangements have been made, 50% of the fee will be due at your child's first testing appointment. The balance will be due at the feedback meeting.
